Thanks to everyone who came out to MetroCon. Looks like that’s a show I’ll have to start going to regularly! And thanks to Shawn for givin’ me some space. I don’t know how he survived Tampa, honestly. I’ve lived in Florida my whole life, but what they’ve got down there, I swear, it’s the Incredible Hulk of humidity.

I had a great time on The Nerdy Show tonight in no small part due to THE MEAN MOTOR SCOOTIN’ PROTOMEN. In case you missed it, they debuted (part of) a new song from their next album, due to hit all of us in the face and burst out the other side, which is a pretty dumb way to listen to music but these guys are artistes so don’t screw with them, September 8th.

As a preamble to our amazing convention appearances this weekend, I will be on The Nerdy Show tonight from 9pm – 11pm EST with special guest THE MOTHERTRUCKIN’ PROTOMEN. I may be too busy going “Eee!” a la Phillip J Fry vs. Chekov to actually say anything, but I’ll be there.

Atomic Robo co-creator and artist Scott Wegener will at at HeroesCon this weekend. He has convinced himself he’ll hate it there (no, no one understands how his minds works), so be sure to prove him wrong. He’ll have T-shirts, sketchbooks, and original pages from Atomic Robo, Punisher: War Journal, and more! He’ll also draw for you, but you have to pay him, which is total horseshit but don’t tell him I said that or he’ll yell at me and quit.

While he’s there, I’ll be at MetroCon in Tampa, FL. I’ll be selling some Atomic Robo posters, comics, and trade paperbacks, fancy 8-bit Theater art prints (free with your purchase of a $5 insult!), possibly +1 Hats, and Fighter’s Multi-Purpose Greeting Cards Good For All Occasions Except One.
